Hi all, I have been a bit quiet the last weeks due to health problems....but I'm back now.

Seelachsfilet/Saith fillet
|
|
I grilled the Saith on booth side. The sauce on top was made by Pancetta, cellery and raisins together with light Soja Sauce and combined with White Wein and Balsamico. The brussel sprouts are topped with Parmesan and Pumpkin and Pine seeds. The potates have been roasted with Salt/Pepper and Rosmarin. Recipe will be posted soon.
